Conference staff will inform the hotel to reserve rooms accordingly, online payment is not supported. When arrived, please find the reception desk to check in and make the payment with the booking information.

REMINDER: Room reservation might be tight, early booking is recommended. Please DO NOT make repeated booking if the attendees share the same room. Room reservation is only available for REGISTERED PARTICIPANT who have made the registration payment. In case of cancellation of reservation, accommodation fee will be deducted from the paid conference fee.
